Human Proteinase 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Proteinase 3 (PR3) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for PR3, and detection is carried out using a Biotinylated Anti-PR3 Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with a total incubation time of 4h 30m.

The assay has a working range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.062 ng/ml. Reported recovery values are 80%-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81%-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma and 80%-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma, each across 5 samples. Dilution linearity has been characterised at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
