Human Protein Zero, Myelin ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Myelin Protein Zero in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-Myelin Protein Zero detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.052 ng/ml and the working assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery data supplied by the manufacturer cover serum (average 91%, range 80–102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81–100%) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80–89%), alongside dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for each of those sample types. Reactivity is limited to human samples, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.
