Human Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase, Non Receptor Type 6 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA (sELISA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SHP1 (Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase, Non Receptor Type 6) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for human samples.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection performed colorimetrically on a microplate reader at 450 nm. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported sensitivity is <0.105 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml.

Validation data reports average recovery in serum (n=5) of 80%–102% (mean 91%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) of 81%–100% (mean 90%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) of 80%–89% (mean 84%). Dilution linearity for serum ranged from 87–91% at 1:2, 87–107% at 1:4, 74–101% at 1:8, and 92–97% at 1:16 (n=5). Corresponding values for EDTA plasma were 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, and 79–108%, and for heparin plasma 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, and 89–91%.
