Human Protein L-Isoaspartate-O-Methyltransferase ELISA Kit

Standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-PCMT1 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Detection is colorimetric using TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.
