Human Protein Kinase, cGMP Dependent Type I ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human cGKI in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit is built around a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format. Standards and samples are added to the antibody-coated wells, captured cGKI is detected with a Biotinylated Anti-cGKI Antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate is then added. Signal is developed with TMB substrate, stopped with acidic stop solution, and read at 450 nm. The reported product range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.063 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.

Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5). Dilution linearity for serum at 1:2 is 87-91% and at 1:16 is 92-97%. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
