Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A6 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A6 (PDIA6) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with PDIA6-specific antibody, arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

Standards and samples are incubated in the coated wells where PDIA6 binds to the immobilised antibody. After washing, a biotinylated anti-PDIA6 detection antibody is added, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then used to visualise the reaction, producing a blue-coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with PDIA6 concentration calculated against a standard curve.

Key performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.049 ng/ml and a measuring range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.
