Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A5 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Protein Disulfide Isomerase A5 (PDIA5) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for PDIA5; standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-PDIA5 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, with absorbance proportional to PDIA5 concentration.

Reported sensitivity is <0.064 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Validation recovery data report serum (n=5) ranging 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5) 81–100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma (n=5) 80–89% (average 84%).
