Human Proteasome Subunit Alpha Type 7 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and employs a biotinylated anti-PSMA7 detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Sensitivity is reported as less than 0.055 ng/ml and the working range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. The complete assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, and kit components should be stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as instructed. Reported recovery values are 80–102% (average 91%) for serum (n=5), 81–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma (n=5).
