Human Proteasome Activator Subunit 3 ELISA Kit

A quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro measurement of human Proteasome Activator Subunit 3 (PSME3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for PSME3; standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-PSME3 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with PSME3 concentration calculated against a standard curve. The assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml, the sensitivity is <0.054 ng/ml, and the complete protocol takes approximately 4h 30m.

Recovery has been characterised in human serum (range 80-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 80-89%, average 84%, n=5), with linearity demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
