Human Protease, Serine 50 ELISA Kit

The assay is built on a pre-coated 96-well microplate and uses a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Performance specifications include a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.062 ng/ml, with the full protocol completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. In spike-and-recovery testing, average recoveries were 91% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma and 96% in heparin plasma across five replicates per matrix. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as indicated on the individual vials.
