Human Protease, Serine 33 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Serine Protease 33 in serum, plasma, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read on a microplate reader at 450 nm, based on a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate.

The kit has an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.121 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 m. Reported spike-and-recovery results (n=5) are: serum 83%-100%, average 91%; EDTA plasma 91%-99%, average 95%; heparin plasma 90%-99%, average 94%. Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer concentrate, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as instructed.
