Human Protease Activated Receptor 4 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Protease Activated Receptor 4 (PAR4) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 × 8 well strips), with PAR4 captured by an immobilised antibody and detected using a biotinylated anti-PAR4 antibody followed by HRP-avidin and a TMB substrate. The signal is read colourimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The quoted assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.129 ng/ml. Reported recoveries for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma span 74% to 108% across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
