Human Protamine 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human HSP1/Protamine P1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added to the wells; the captured target is detected using a biotinylated anti-HSP1/Protamine P1 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a yellow colour after stop solution is added, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a sensitivity of <0.059 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Supplied components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, for storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
