Human Prostate Stem Cell Antigen ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Prostate Stem Cell Antigen (PSCA) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-PSCA detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

According to the manufacturer, sensitivity is reported as less than 0.055 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery in serum samples averaged 91% (range 80–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma 90% (range 81–100%, n=5) and heparin plasma 84% (range 80–89%, n=5). Linearity was evaluated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
