Human Prostaglandin D2 Synthase, Hematopoietic ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables quantitative measurement of human Prostaglandin D Synthase (Hematopoietic) in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a colourmetric detection step read at 450 nm using a standard microplate reader.

The kit reports an assay range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <36 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4h 30m. In validation testing (n=5), average recovery was 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilution linearity data is provided across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions for each of these sample types.
