Human Prostacyclin Receptor ELISA Kit

Supplied under the Antibodies.com brand, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) enables in vitro quantitative determination of human Prostacyclin Receptor in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is built on the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with an antibody specific for Prostacyclin Receptor pre-coated onto a microplate. Captured analyte is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Prostacyclin Receptor Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate to give a yellow product read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.071 ng/ml and a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Mean recovery values (n=5) are 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (80–89%). Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 spans 74–107% in serum, 79–108% in EDTA plasma and 82–105% in heparin plasma. Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C, and the kit is intended for research use only.
