Human Promyelocytic Leukemia Protein ELISA Kit

The assay is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm after incubation with TMB substrate and stop solution.

The assay covers a quantitative range of 0.156-10 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of <0.066 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m, and the platform uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format. Storage conditions of +4°C or -20°C apply depending on the component, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

The principle relies on a biotinylated anti-PML Protein antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with absorbance values proportional to PML Protein concentration and calculated against a standard curve.
