Human Proline/Serine Rich Coiled Coil protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human PSRC1/DDA3 (Proline/Serine Rich Coiled Coil protein 1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with an antibody specific for PSRC1/DDA3 immobilised on the plate surface. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-PSRC1/DDA3 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with analyte concentration calculated from the standard curve.

Key performance specifications include a quantitative measurement range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.048 ng/ml. The assay is completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
