Human Proline Arginine Rich End Leucine Rich Repeat Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human PRELP (Proline Arginine Rich End Leucine Rich Repeat Protein) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with a biotinylated anti-PRELP detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is generated using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is 0.123 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported recovery ranges (n=5) are 80%-102% for serum, 81%-100% for EDTA plasma, and 80%-89% for heparin plasma. The kit is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
