Human Proliferation Associated Protein 2G4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human EBP1 (Proliferation Associated Protein 2G4) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate to capture EBP1, with detection via a biotinylated anti-EBP1 antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised using TMB substrate solution, producing a coloured product that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.113 ng/ml, with a typical total assay time of 4h 30m. Validated recovery performance in serum averaged 91% (range 80-102%), in EDTA plasma averaged 90% (range 81-100%), and in heparin plasma averaged 84% (range 80-89%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on individual components, and the product is intended for research use only.
