Human Prokineticin Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Prokineticin Receptor 1 (PK-R1) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate immobilised with an antibody specific for PK-R1, with detection achieved using a Biotinylated Anti-PK-R1 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is <0.228 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.625-40 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Validation data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
