Human Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 Ligand 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human PD-L2 (Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 Ligand 2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-PD-L2 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.063 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported average recoveries are 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 81–101%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.
