Human Procollagen Lysine-1,2-Oxoglutarate-5-Dioxygenase 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Procollagen Lysine-1,2-Oxoglutarate-5-Dioxygenase 1 (LH1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and produces a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported sensitivity is <0.066 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery values for serum (n=5) span 80%–102% with an average of 91%, EDTA plasma (n=5) 81%–100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma (n=5) 80%–89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 gives serum 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97%; EDTA plasma 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108%; and heparin plasma 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91%. Supplied components include a lyophilised standard, biotinylated anti-LH1 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.

The protein target is LH1, with reactivity confirmed for human samples.
