Human Procollagen I C-Terminal Propeptide ELISA Kit

Offered under the Antibodies.com brand, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Procollagen I C-Terminal Propeptide in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for the target, followed by detection with a biotinylated antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colorimetric change measured at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with analyte concentration calculated from a standard curve.
