Human POTE Ankyrin Domain Family, Member G ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human POTE Ankyrin Domain Family G in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate and uses a biotinylated detection antibody together with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance characteristics reported by the manufacturer include a product range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.117 ng/ml, with the concentration of POTE Ankyrin Domain Family G calculated by reference to a standard curve. Reported mean recovery values are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma, alongside dilution linearity ranges provided for 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
