Human Polycomb Group Ring Finger Protein 4 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human Polycomb Group Ring Finger Protein 4 (Bmi1) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Bmi1; standards and samples are added to the wells, and captured Bmi1 is detected using a biotinylated anti-Bmi1 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.122 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol, and the product is for research use only.
