Human Poly ADP Ribose Polymerase 4 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Poly ADP Ribose Polymerase 4 (PARP4) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate with a PARP4 capture antibody, followed by biotinylated anti-PARP4 detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised by TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The quantitative measurement range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Spiked recovery in serum (n=5) ranges from 80% to 102%, in EDTA plasma (n=5) from 81% to 100%, and in heparin plasma (n=5) from 80% to 89%. The kit is reactive with human samples and is for research use only; it is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
