Human Poliovirus Receptor Related Protein 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human Poliovirus Receptor Related Protein 4 (Nectin-4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for the target, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a working range of 125-8000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of less than 52 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported spike-and-recovery ranges are 80%-102% for serum (n=5, average 91%), 81%-100% for EDTA plasma (n=5, average 90%) and 80%-89% for heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%).
