Human PLGF ELISA Kit

The assay is highly specific for PLGF, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Reported sensitivity figures include less than 1 pg/ml and 9.375 pg/mL, with a product range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml or 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Reported average recovery values are 98% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma, with serum and plasma samples typically diluted at least 1:2 with sample dilution buffer prior to testing.
