Human Pleiomorphic Adenoma Gene Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human PLAGL1/ZAC (Pleiomorphic Adenoma Gene Like Protein 1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. Validation data are also reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-PLAGL1/ZAC detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed using TMB substrate and the absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The kit has a reported assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.064 ng/ml. In serum (n=5), recovery ranges from 80% to 102% with an average of 91%; in EDTA plasma (n=5) from 81% to 101% with an average of 91%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) from 80% to 89% with an average of 84%. The complete protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
