Human Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor Like Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor Like Protein (PDGFRL) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-PDGFRL detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is developed with a TMB substrate, stopped with acidic solution, and read as absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quoted performance specifications include a measuring range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.041 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported spike-and-recovery averages (n=5) were 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 81-101%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%).
