Human Plasminogen Activator, Urokinase Receptor ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative determination of human uPA Receptor/U-PAR in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate and follows a standard sandwich immunoassay workflow using a biotinylated anti-uPA Receptor/U-PAR antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Validated for human reactivity, the kit reports a sensitivity of <0.117 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4h 30m. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Performance data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each). Measured values ranged from 80-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution series at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 gave ranges of 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97% for serum; 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108% for EDTA plasma; and 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91% for heparin plasma.
