Human Placenta Specific Protein 9 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Placenta Specific Protein 9 (PLAC9) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and is performed on a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) read colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The kit covers a product range of 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.118 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported recovery values are: serum 91% average (range 80-102%, n=5), EDTA plasma 90% average (range 81-100%, n=5), and heparin plasma 84% average (range 80-89%, n=5). Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions (1:2 to 1:16) in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The kit includes a lyophilized standard, biotinylated anti-PLAC9 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with components stored between +4°C and -20°C as instructed.
