Human PKC ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human PKC in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Run as a 4-hour colorimetric protocol on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged in 12 x 8 well strips, the assay is read at 450 nm and is specific for PKC, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

The kit delivers a quantitative working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of <0.188 ng/mL. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; healthy serum and plasma (1:2) and K562 cell lysate (undiluted) are validated dilution conditions.

Average recovery values reported are 90% for serum (85–99%), 97% for EDTA plasma (85–105%) and 97% for heparin plasma (85–97%). Reagents supplied include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and antibody dilution buffers, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealers and a zip-sealed foil pouch.
