Human Phospholipase D ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Phospholipase D1 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), employing a biotinylated anti-Phospholipase D1 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate. The colourimetric reaction with TMB substrate is read as O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is <1.38 ng/ml and the assay range is 3.12–200 ng/ml, with an approximate assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery ranges are 80–102% for serum, 81–100% for EDTA plasma and 80–89% for heparin plasma. Reagent components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
