Human Phospholipase C Gamma 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Phospholipase C gamma 1 / PLC-gamma-1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with a Biotinylated Anti-PLC-gamma-1 antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, followed by TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Spike-and-recovery (n=5) — serum 85%–100% (average 92%), EDTA plasma 85%–103% (average 94%), heparin plasma 87%–99% (average 93%). Storage conditions are component-dependent: the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, and sample dilution buffer are stored at -20°C; the 30X wash buffer, TMB substrate and stop solution are stored at +4°C.
