Human Phospholipase A2, Group X ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, the Human Phospholipase A2, Group X (sPLA2-X) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the in vitro quantitative determination of human sPLA2-X in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and pairs a biotinylated anti-sPLA2-X detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate; the enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 37 pg/ml and a quantitative range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Validated sample types include serum and plasma, and reported mean recovery values are 91% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma.
