Human Phosphodiesterase 4D, cAMP Specific ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Phosphodiesterase 4D, cAMP Specific (PDE4D) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for PDE4D; standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-PDE4D detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate yields a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of the stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.122 ng/ml, with a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Detection is colourimetric and the full assay takes approximately 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
