Human Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor Gamma ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor Gamma (PPAR gamma) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-PPAR gamma detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a detection range of 0.781–50 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.29 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 80%–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81%–100%, n=5), and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity has been tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across all three matrices.
