Human Peroxiredoxin 4 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Peroxiredoxin 4 in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate together with a biotinylated anti-Peroxiredoxin 4 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm in a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is 12.3 pg/ml with a standard curve range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.

The kit is suitable for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Reported recovery ranges are 80-102% (average 91%) in serum, 81-100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma and 80-89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma. Linearity has been assessed at sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across these sample types.

Supplied components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
