Human Peroxiredoxin 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Peroxiredoxin 1/PAG in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a colorimetric detection principle in which a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate produce a yellow product proportional to target concentration, read at 450 nm.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <0.126 ng/ml and a measurable range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed and should not be used past the stated expiration date.
