Human Peptidylglycine Alpha Amidating Monooxygenase ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human PAM/Peptidyl-Glycine alpha-Amidating Monooxygenase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate, with a biotinylated anti-PAM antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported product range is 31.2–2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 13.5 pg/ml. Average recoveries of 91% (serum), 90% (EDTA plasma) and 84% (heparin plasma) are reported across five-sample validations, and dilution linearity is given across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions.
