Human Peptidase D ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Peptidase D (PRD). It is reactive with human samples and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format in which an antibody specific for PRD is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips. Bound PRD is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-PRD Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with visualisation by TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard assay range is 1.56–100 ng/ml and the sensitivity is 0.63 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Reported recovery ranges across sample types are 80%–102% for serum (average 91%), 81%–100% for EDTA plasma (average 90%) and 80%–89% for heparin plasma (average 84%). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.

The kit contains a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers.
