The assay is supplied on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a biotinylated anti-PDLIM1/CLP36 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. After incubation with the acidic stop solution the chromogen shifts to yellow, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
