A quantitative sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro determination of human Parkin (Parkinson Disease Protein 2) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The plate is pre-coated with anti-Parkin antibody and the workflow uses a biotinylated detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with the enzymatic reaction developed using TMB substrate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Stated analytical sensitivity is <0.053 ng/ml and the working assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml, calibrated against a 1:2 standard dilution series from 10 ng/ml down to 0.156 ng/ml.
