Human Parathyroid Hormone Related Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Parathyroid Hormone Related Protein (PTHLH). The kit is intended for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and the assay is read colorimetrically at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Capture is performed on a pre-coated microplate using the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a biotinylated anti-PTHLH antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate.

The reported standard curve range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.9 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recoveries are 95% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
