Human Paired Box Gene 9 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Paired Box Gene 9 (PAX9) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for PAX9, with detection via a biotinylated anti-PAX9 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, and is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The kit has a stated sensitivity of 0.115 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Manufacturer validation data report recovery from serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples (n=5 per matrix). Across these matrices, individual dilution recovery ranges at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 were 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% for heparin plasma.
