Human P2RY2 ELISA Kit

This 4 hour sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human P2Y2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for P2Y2 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

Quantitative readout is achieved by colorimetric detection at 450 nm on a pre-coated microplate platform. The working product range spans 23.438–1500 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 14.063 pg/mL. A biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate are used, with a TMB substrate producing a yellow product whose intensity is read against a standard curve.

Validated recovery in spiked samples was 90–101% (average 95%) in serum, 87–105% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma, and 86–103% (average 96%) in heparin plasma, with linearity maintained across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions. The kit is shipped at +4°C and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as detailed in the protocol manual.
