Human P2RY12 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human P2Y12 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for P2Y12 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

Run on a pre-coated microplate, the assay is completed in 4 hours and read at 450 nm on a Colorimetric Microplate Reader. Standards and samples generate an antibody–antigen–antibody sandwich via a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a blue-to-yellow signal proportional to P2Y12 concentration.

Reported recovery ranges are 89%–103% in serum (average 94%), 87%–101% in EDTA plasma (average 95%), and 90%–105% in heparin plasma (average 95%). The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed in the protocol manual; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
