Human OSMR ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human OSMR in cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma. The kit uses a quantitative sandwich ELISA technique, with a monoclonal antibody specific for human OSMR pre-coated onto a microplate. It can assay both native and recombinant human OSMR and has shown no significant cross-reactivity.

The colorimetric assay has a product range of 234.38 - 15000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 21.54 pg/ml. Average recovery from serum samples is 94%. The kit should be stored at +4°C and not used past the expiration date. An easy-to-follow protocol is included.
